Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.
The balance is due 5 business days after the recording session and before the image release.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, card, PayPal.
Late payments may attract a 25% fee.

Deposits are non-refundable.
If you cancel within 7 days, the balance may still be payable.
Rescheduling is allowed once (subject to availability), with at least 7 days notice.
Where bookings are made within 7 days of the scheduled date, the client shall be liable for all fee's payable with no cancellation or rescheduling.
If the photographer cancels due to illness or emergency, a full refund (including deposit) will be provided, or a replacement photographer arranged where possible.

The photographer will use professional skill and judgment to capture the best possible images.
While every effort will be made, the photographer cannot guarantee specific shots or outcomes (e.g., due to weather, venue restrictions, or client lateness).
Liability for equipment failure, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances is limited to the amount paid under this agreement.

Clients must obtain relevant waivers or consent for intended photography targets and from landowners as applicable.
Clients must be on time for sessions. Delays may shorten shooting time without affecting the fee.
Clients must secure all necessary permissions for photography at chosen venues.
Children must be supervised by parents/guardians during sessions.

Copyright remains with the photographer.
Clients receive a licence for personal use of the delivered images.
Commercial use (e.g., advertising, resale) requires written permission and may attract additional fees.
The photographer may use selected images for portfolio, marketing, and social media purposes unless the client specifically declines in writing.

Images will be delivered in [digital gallery/USB/prints] within 2 weeks of the session.
Editing style is at the photographer’s discretion; raw/unprocessed files will not be supplied.
Delivery timelines may be extended in case of unforeseen circumstances, but clients will be informed.

The photographer is not liable for indirect loss (e.g., missed opportunities, emotional distress).
In the unlikely event of total image loss, liability is limited to a refund of fees paid.
Clients are responsible for ensuring safety at shoot locations and indemnify the photographer against any injury or damage caused by client negligence.
